This is a blog that I, Annika Klyver, started back in 2014 during a time when I did a lot of new thinking regarding architecture. I was a EA/BA consultant working at IRM in Sweden. I did a lot of teaching, consulting in large organizations, method development and constantly explore new, hopefully better ways to work with change and development of organizations or networks of organizations.
Find your way in the blog by using the Categories in the top of the pages or browsing the posts on the bottom of the pages.
I started to post texts again, spring 2020, since I would like to describe and share the thinking that lead to what we now know as The Milky Way map and way of thinking and doing architecture as well as sharing the lates updates on how we are exploring new way of making the Milky Way come to use.
My great collegue Cecilia Nordén wrote a book about the Milky Way map, method and way of working. ( https://www.irm.se/produkt/the-milky-way-map-navigate-and-accelerate-change/ )
In the beginning of 2021 I left IRM and started as a Business Architect at Scania. The reason for starting at Scania was the super interesting transformation they are doing. It is a mix of a large agile transformation, a huge shift in their offer from trucks to sustainable transportation systems and a well run, large enterprise.
I will share my learnings from the usage of the Milky Way in the Scania setting.
